Mr Adebayo Oluwabemiga Johnson

Adebayo Oluwagbemiga Johnson a versatile, result driven individual, with critical project methodology, planning and superb leadership abilities. Possess strong competence and personal management skills both in social and corporate sector. He is a dedicated individual with the drive and skill to excel in a fast paced leadership role, enhancing a company’s ability to capture profitable goals. Hail from Abeokuta in Ogun State but was giving birth to in Lagos State. Mr Oluwagbemiga attended Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo,s between 2004 – 2013 with both primary and secondary education was in Ogun State. He has academic qualification in HND Marketing and PGD, MSC and PHD in view. He has work in various capacities and serve as a leader in different capacity, group and organization. In 2008 he join Owoeye and Company, a real estate management company in Dalemo, Ogun State work as office assistance. Later travel to Ibadan in searching of greener pasture 2010 and briefly work with AICO insurance before proceeding to Readings Investment company in 2011 attending to the  client based on the case reported, checking of stock list and daily price list, Issuing of purchase and sales form for clients after which he proceeded to complete his higher national diploma in Owo, Ondo State between 2012 and 2013. Here he was awarded with Stewardship and Representation by C.C.C Students' Parish Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo Ondo State (RUGIPO) with the responsibility of Choir Coordinator.

In 2013“Evaluation of factors Enhancing Consumer retention among provision stores” in Owo Ondo State, before he travel for NYSC orientastion camp he work wih sumal foods as a supervisor in 2013/2014. Managing workflow, raining new hires, creating and managing team schedules, reporting to company HR and senior management, evaluating performance and providing feedback, identifying and applying career advancement opportunities, helping to resolve employee issues and disputes. He then proceeded to serve in Far East part of Nigeria, Anambra state precisely. Where he jointly work as he was serving his nation wih Independent National Electoral Commission Njikoka, Anambra State. And a Position of presiding officer, he is in charge of all activities at the polling unit on Election Day including accreditation, voting, sorting, and counting of voters as well as the announcement of the election result. Coordinates activities in the voting points under his supervision. Conduct voter’s education ahead of the accreditation and voting. Return all election materials, other than the result sheets and the card reader to the SPO for delivery to the EO after the election. Delivering of completed result sheets and card reader to the RACO. Simultaneously he was awarded with the award of Stewardship and Representation as Technical Director and Transport and Organizing Secretary under Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship Njikoka Zone Anambra State (NYSC/NCCF) in 2015 that same year he is the President Education and Enlightenment CDS Group (NYSC/CDS) combine with his primary assignment as a commerce teacher in girls secondary school abagana anambra state. Ensured discipline in the class room. Achieved 40% academic growth of the pupils thought and 60% moral growth of the school community at large. In 2015 after his service year he works as program director and administrator  with Livingstar Mission Int’l. Ibadan, Oyo State.

When he came back from NYSC he created his first company but non registered, this company is into poulry farming which he failed due to this he went for leadership and entrepreneurship training which after this program he establish another company register with CAC but fail as well due to covid-19. As a result of this begins to study and involve in many personal development program before founding this Limited liability company and preside over it as the chief executive officer Oluwagbemiga, possess excellent Computer application. Being a honest and reliable individual, he possess good excellent communication skills, team spirit, customer service skills, problem solving, attention to details, organization and planning skill, good adaptability to environment and he could fix minor electricity fault. He likes to play golf, traveling, listen to music, play lawn tennis, football and Making research.
